I am passionate about the art of programming, it is the majority of what I do in my work life. I am currently looking for engineering roles at start ups. I was previously an engineer at Two Sigma, building large data applications. In 2025, I founded Aspire Coding Academy. In the code editor, I most often work with Claude Code, React, and Astro.

• Founded an in-person coding academy in Houston. Bootstrapped the small business workflow from start to finish.
• Created a compact coding curriculum, based on Harvard CS50P, covering Python and Web Development fundamentals.
• Freelance website developer for Houston-based businesses.

two sigma

• Product owner and primary contributor of Python margin replication product. Increased daily total margin reconciliation coverage by $500mm through use of pandas and numpy libraries.
• Developed Java data snapshot service and API that integrates into core processes, reducing service downtime incidents and support burden.
• Mentored two interns, coaching agile skills and onboarding them to our K8 Infrastructure.

• Developed Android and React Native functionality to support mobile offline functionality, previously available only online through the server, improving gradle build times.
• Implemented core logic for customer-facing low-code language and supporting infrastructure.
